Online Scheduling Temporarily Out of Service

I now offer online booking of office appointments for my New York and New Jersey offices - Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays in Manhattan and Wednesdays mornings in Englewood, NJ. Telemedicine appointments are also available for online scheduling on Tuesdays and Fridays.
If there are no appointments available on the online scheduling system and you cannot wait for another day, please feel free to call (212) 996-2995 - we can generally fit in emergency appointments when necessary.
If you already have a login and password, you can go to your account on my patient portal to make appointments. You can also book an appointment without having a patient portal account - when you make the appointment the system will automatically generate one for you.
If the patient has not been seen in my office before, you will need to fill out a few forms with your contact information, the patient's health history, etc… These will all be available to you through your portal account, and filling them out online will save you time on the day of your appointment.
