COVID Office Policies
Dear Families and Friends,
Following the peak of the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020, my practice reopened for in-person visits, with the option for telemedicine consultation where desired and appropriate. Of course, I continue to carefully follow all of the relevant clinical data and guidance (federal, state and local), to make sure that I do everything in my power to protect everyone who comes to my offices.
Masks are mandatory in all of my offices for all family members and patients over two (except during an examination). Furthermore, all of my employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with no exceptions. PCR or rapid testing of patients suspected of having COVID-19 is done outdoors, outside of the office, and we continue to follow strict hand hygiene and ventilation practices.
I also strongly encourage all of the families in my practice to vaccinate eligible family members as soon as possible, to help limit the spread of the virus, to prevent unforeseen future complications (which may even follow asymptomatic infections), and to minimize the development of new variants.
I am always happy to discuss any concerns that you may have about vaccination, to the best of my ability.
